Super GRUB2 Disk helps you to boot into most any Operating System (OS) even if you cannot boot into it by normal means.
The talk will start with a mini introduction on BIOS-based boot and EFI boot so that we understand how x86/x64 systems boot nowadays. A mini demo (which will consist of pre-recorded stills) will show how Super Grub2 Disk can boot your damaged installations. We will also cover how Super Grub2 Disk development is currently designed (formely based on Debian Grub package now it's based on upstream Grub source code). The talk will explain the current interactions between Super Grub2 Disk itself, upstream GNU/GRUB, Debian Grub package and Debian as a whole project. Hopefully we will have some time for Questions and Answers so that we can share some boot tricks with the audience and solve some common doubts.
